Before returning your glasses, please get in touch with our expert team at help@glassesplus.co.uk. We’ll work together to find the best solution for you!
If, however, you are still unhappy with them, you can return them and receive a refund. Simply inform us within 7 days of receiving your glasses and send them back to us within 28 days of the shipping date. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to making things right for you.
Faults & exchanges
We are confident in the quality of our glasses. However, in the unlikely event that should you find your new glasses to be defective, please reach out to help@glassesplus.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will promptly exchange them for a new pair.

What is your returns policy?
You may return your glasses for an exchange or refund if you are unhappy with them for any reason, providing that the following conditions are met:
- The returned goods must reach us in their original condition and include all accessories provided in your package (e.g., cases and cloths) within 28 days of our original dispatch date.
- You must notify us within 7 working days of receiving your glasses if there is any fault or damage to your product(s), or if you wish to initiate a return.
- Please ensure to complete and enclose our Return Authorization Form, which will be sent to you upon request via email.
- Items from different orders cannot be combined for return. Please ensure that any returned items are seperated by their original order numbers, with a dedicated Return Authorization Form for each.
- The item you wish to return cannot be an exchanged item.
- Refunds can only be made via the original payment method.
How can I confirm that you've received my glasses?
We will send you an email once we have your glasses. Please bear in mind that it can take a few days for the return to be processed, although we aim to process all returns within 10-12 working days from when we receive them.
Am I able to return the glasses if the prescription is incorrect?
We have rigorous quality control procedures to ensure the glasses conform precisely to the prescription you supply. However, in the rare instance that you encounter any discrepancies with the lenses, please notify us within 7 working days of receiving your glasses and send them back to us within 28 days of the shipping date. We will promptly investigate the matter, and in the event that we are found responsible for any discrepancies, we will repair or replace the lenses within 14-28 working days at no extra cost.
Is it possible to cancel my order before it is delivered?
If you wish to cancel your order prior to completion, kindly reach out to us at help@glassesplus.co.uk. However, once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations. Instead, we kindly ask that you initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
